Three Models in Cupro-Aluminium Bronze
The British watchmaker introduced a set of watches in their Terra Nova line (field watches) using a warm new material. The 40.5mm Cupro-Aluminium bronze case, reinforced with aluminium and silicon, offers superior scratch resistance compared to traditional bronze while developing a smooth, even patina over time and ensuring it is hypoallergenic. They come with 100-meter water resistance, deep green gradient dial, rose gold-plated hands, bold full-block Super-LumiNova® numerals, broken railroad minute track, and a matching Cupro-Aluminium bronze bracelet, with highly articulated links and a butterfly clasp.

Bremont has recently taken a design turn that surprised even the most admiring collectors. The Terra Nova collection is central to that new design language with a more rounded and softer look, a domed shape, numeric dials, and a compass-style rotating bezel.

Each model comes with a different caliber; Chronograph uses a modified Calibre 13 1/4’’’ BE-50AV 27 Jewels, Glucydur balance wheel, Anachron balance spring, Nivaflex mainspring, 28,800bph (4Hz), and a 56-hour power reserve. Date uses a modified Calibre 11 1/2’’’ BE-36AE 26 Jewels, Glucydur balance Anachron balance spring, Nivaflex mainspring, 28,800 bph (4Hz), and a 38-hour power reserve. The limited edition Power Reserve uses a modified Calibre 11 1/2’’’ BE-79AL 31 Jewels, Glucydur balance, Anachron balance spring, Nivaflex mainspring, 28,800 bph (4Hz) with a 38-hour power reserve.

All models are available for purchase now starting at $3,750 up to $6,550. They vary by model and strap material. A complimentary leather strap is bundled in some of the models, during a limited time.
Case backs are PVD bronze-colored stainless steel. For some models, the bracelet will ship separately.
While Bremont’s new aesthetic isn’t for everyone, the materials in this collection, warm color, robustness and movements will bring a smile to most. The watchmaker runs ISO 3159 chronometer certification, analogous to the Swiss COSC certification, ensuring accuracy.
